Black Socks.

This week i am obsessed with  black knee high socks.  I think i'll try to wear them with several different outfits this week. SO here is outfit #1 --->
Black skirt. 
My poncho (a favorite piece in my closet these days). 
Black sun hat (always classy).
Vintage beaded bag (thank you great grandma) . 
Black clogs. 
AND of course red lipstick.

I came across these really cool pictures from the Bristish Vogue, December 2009, of Lady Gaga, Lily Cole and Andrew Garfield.  This is Annie Leibovitz's (photographer) creative fashion take on Hansel and Gretel, which I am loving and find fascinating. 

Definitely fashion inspiration for me.

 

gallery discovery.

The other night while walking around sea port village with the family. I came across this super cool gallery I had never noticed before.
I fell in love with some of the pieces in the window display. 
And once I went inside i was blown away by some of the pieces in there! 
I snuck a few photos AND made sure to snap one of my most favorite things in there, which were these glass blown flower bouquets .

I hope to go back and get some more pictures of the art and some other things in the gallery.

Jaded Fringe.

My Purchase of the week was this black and white animal print blazer.---> I tried it out with a few different outfits and this was my favorite outfit I came up with.

I saw this blazer a few weeks back and loved it. So i just had to buy it the next time I saw it!

My fringe bag is my new obsession.

Beach Cruisin.

Today we rented some beach cruisers down in mission bay and took a nice little cruise along the beach. It was a bit chilly after the sun went down, but we had a good time hittin on dudes....hard.

Baby's first time at Sea World.

Today Rachel got to experience the magic of Sea World for the very first time! We had a fun time watching animals doing super spectacular things. ---> Sea World had always had a special place in my heart ever since i was a small child. My first time at Sea World i got to sit on Shamu! True story. They don't let kids do that anymore. I guess killer whales are actually dangerous. Weird. ---> Not gonna lie, but my dream job would be to train dolphins. Seriously.

Favorite part was this dude.

She finally lost her Sea World V-card.

Walked across an island.

Today Rachel and I took a ferry from downtown San Diego, over to Coronado Island. Once we got there we grabbed some lunch then walked across the island to the beach. We had a fun time taking some pictures on the beach. After wards we were treated to some extraordinary desserts! Good day.---> Tomorrow is Sea World!

19!

Today is my day of birth. I am now 19! I only have one more year as a "teenager!" Whoo! I'm still a baby i know. ---> I'm just super glad that i have my best pal here with me on my birthday! :) I got some great presents. Had a eventful day on the town. And then ended the night with a d'lish meal at P.F. Changs. ---> It was a good day to turn 19.
