1st year success!

 I am proud to say that I am done with my first year of school!!! 

It was a super stressful past few weeks but I survived finals week, and I celebrated way to much  and this week i've been super sick! I couldn't be happier to be done with my first year of school and with how my final projects turned out. 

I am taking a few months off of school and moving back home (Utah) and will be starting school back up in July up in Los Angeles, which is  scary but exciting!

Inspiration

chiffon. love.

I've decided that chiffon is one of my favorite fabrics...and I have quite of few chiffon pieces in my closet.

I love the sheer lightness, and the weightless, elegant movement.

 I'm also loving the high-low trend of skirts and dresses right now. I can't get enough.

polka dots...

Big dots, little dots, all kinds of dots called polka dots...

and I'm so glad polka dots are back in this summer 

because I've always loved them and have worn them even when they still were still considered super 80's.

This skirt is awesome and makes for a easy outfit by just throwing on a white T-shirt. 

And flat-forms are my new summer shoe that I can't get enough of already, I just want so many pairs!

One of my favorite things I've been wearing this winter is sheer,flowy chiffon skirts and big chuncky knit sweaters. I think it's a great combination using two completely different kinds of fabrics... that look lovely together. 

Oh please, and who says you can't wear sandals and sweaters together ? :)

I've also really been a fan of snake skin lately, and I bought these strappy snake skin sandals which seriously go great with almost anything.

sexy back

I love this shirt I just got from work.

I like that from the front it's looks like a regular collared button up shirt but in the back it has a super deep cowl keyhole. (business in the front, party in the back??)

I also like the belt and how it goes through to the back.

It's the perfect shirt to dress up a pair a leggings on those early mornings when you just want to be comfortable.

And a pair of wedged heels will dress any outfit up.

I'm bringin sexy back...yeeah ;)

I'm back!

HELLO!

Well, I have just decided that I need to stop procrastinating and just blog~ 

because I miss it. 

Even if i'm super busy with work and school I am going to blog!

I promise you.

 

Here's the 411 on me:

I am almost done with my first year of school at FIDM!

Even though the work load is a bit crazy (and only gets crazier I hear) I looove it!

I will hopefully be moving up to LA by the end of the summer to start my second year there, after I make some arrangements. 

And I can't wait! 

Here's a little overview of some of the projects i did this last term in school...

ALSO

--> I'm still working at Foreign Exchange,and just recently got put on the visuals team which I am pretty happy about.

--> I had a wonderful Christmas with family and went back home for New Years and celebrated 2012 with friends and my Danny Boy :)

--> I've been watching way to much Gossip Girl.

--> And of course doing way too much homework!
