Bedroom makeover.

So my grandparents were leaving for the weekend and my aunt and i convinced them to let us makeover their bedroom. We thought that they deserved to have a nice bedroom for once... and since the rest of our house is a mess right now, they needed a room to escape to. So they handed over their credit card and then got one a plane and we got to work and had just two days(just like in the T.V. shows)---> Let's just say the T.V. shows make it look effortless to do all of this. For us everything seemed to go wrong ---> We couldn't find the right fabric, when we did like something they didn't have it, they wouldn't let us use the credit card because it wasn't ours etc. Not even i enjoyed shopping for 12 hours! We were hours behind "schedule" and we couldn't stop--> So what'd we do...pull and all nighter ---> Took a nap and got back to work again. The next day we had TONS to do and had a deadline to meet. We turned into "handywomen," using drills, saws & a nail gun! ---> Well even though we went a little over our deadline and my grandparents had to wait downstairs while we finished their room, it turned out FABULOUS---> They absolutely loved it and so did we! ---> All in all even with it's ups and downs, i had a ton of fun and i'm extremely happy with our results. I can't wait to do my room!
